I hate saying this, but I think I'm done trying to play Assassin's Creed Mirage. I've had the game since launch, total play time of 10 hours so far, and I just can't get into it. Normally, even if the story is kind of meh, I still find the gameplay and the world really interesting... Continue Reading →
Returning to The Division 2 // Exploring New Content and Seasonal Changes
After The Division Heartlands' cancellation, I revisited Tom Clancy games, briefly trying Ghost Recon Breakpoint. However, I returned to The Division 2 due to its captivating gameplay. The shift to a new character per season is intriguing but has caused a stir among dedicated players. With new content and an unfinished DLC, I'm eager to delve back in.
The Search for a New Podcast Game // Ghost Recon Breakpoint
I've logged 13 hours into Ghost Recon Breakpoint without hearing a single in-game sound. After switching from New World, I wanted a game I could play mindlessly while listening to podcasts. Breakpoint fits the bill, with enjoyable gameplay and a huge world to explore. However, the complex menus and lackluster story are not keeping me engaged. I'm now on the lookout for a new podcast game. Any recommendations?
Steam Next Fest Demos // Thoughts
The Steam Next Fest features demos for upcoming games. "Tiny Glade" offers a small but satisfying city-building experience, while "The Alters" surprises with its base-building and clone-driven narrative. "Level Zero: Extraction" presents an intriguing extraction shooter concept, but the demo suffers from technical issues. All three demos are worth trying out for a glimpse of their potential.

Alan Wake II // Chapter 2 Thoughts
Here we are, finally, Chapter 2 is completed. Returning to Cauldron Lake searching for a zombified Nightingale proved to be a wild trip. First, I know Alan Wake is a part of the Control universe, so I feel like I have been searching for anything that might connect the two in this game. Chapter 2... Continue Reading →
Assassin’s Creed Mirage // First Thoughts
I've been looking forward to a comeback for Assassin's Creed, and I think Mirage might be it. Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite game franchises. I've been a diehard fan for many, many years. I've played all the mainline games, outside of Rogue (I dunno why), and have enjoyed them all. For me though,... Continue Reading →
