Another weekend is gone, but this weekend I actually have some good updates!
I finished Army of Two Devil’s Cartel. This wraps up my playthrough of the Army of Two franchise. I think I might dive deeper into the other media in the series though. There is a graphic novel and a comic book I want to look into.

Moving on, I actually started to play a game on my PS5. I very rarely ever play anything on it if I’m being honest. I think with my backlog initiative I will get to some games there, like Killzone and Resistance. This weekend I started up The Plucky Squire. It’s been a game that I have wanted to get to for a little bit, and I was with my kids at the time. So it seemed like a perfect opportunity to give it a try. So far I like it. Haven’t made it too terribly far. My kids didn’t seem super interested in it at first, but it started to grow on them. I think it will be a chill game to play with them.
Lately I have been having a hard time staying asleep. I usually get up around 3am for my job, but over the past few weeks I’ve been waking up at 1am consistently. And then I am awake and ready to go for the day. So this past Saturday I actually got up and was productive. I set up my Elgato recording software. It took me a little bit to figure out how to get it to work properly with my 360, but I figured it out! Also figured out OBS with it. So now streaming those games to Twitch is even easier.
My kids are really excited about this development as well. They love watching game play stuff on YouTube, and have asked me to make videos with them. I think it will be super fun! So that might be something I do with them in the future.
I put a poll up on my Twitter the other day to see what game series I should finish next. The options were Kane and Lynch, Max Payne, or finally getting around to finishing Dead Space 3. I’m not a popular Twitter user by the slightest, so I had one vote on it. Dead Space 3 it is!
That’s all I got for now. Excited to see what I can accomplish in this next week. A lot of my favorite shows are making a return this week. the Rookie being one of them. Excited!
